Keely Clarke grew up in the small town of Newcastle Emlyn near the Cardigan coast, but now works from the beautiful market town of Llandeilo creating quirky, humorous and unique ceramic sculptures that reflect her environment, character and family life.
After experimenting with various techniques since 2002, Keely has developed a passion for the raku process and uses a basic dustbin raku kiln alongside various sawdust reduction bins to create variations in glaze and smoke patternation.
Each piece is lovingly hand crafted, individual and nostalgic.
